Who we are
OAKRH19 is the official association for owners of properties within the Kiln House, Fosters Place, East Grinstead, RH19 1EX complex.
The association is formerly recognized by The Landlord through First Port Ltd. the management Company of the flats and allows us to :
- Improve the immediate environment and management services of the development.
- Represent the majority view of the members.
- Build and encourage a partnership and improve communication between the Freeholder, the Management Company and members.
- Provide regular information to all members.
- Regularly consult all members on current issues.
Additional Information
Currently OAKRH19 has over 2/3rd s of the flat's owners as members.
