How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in our google mail contact list and a spread sheet .

We keep this contact information for 2 years from the last time we heard from you or you paid your subscription. We will then contact you and ask if you want to remain in our contact list. If we do not hear from you we will then dispose of your information by deleting you from our contact list.
