Minutes of Kiln House Owners meeting 2/8/2018

These are the minutes of the inaugural meeting held on Thursday 2nd August 2018  and effectively started the process of creating OAKRH19.

 The Federation of Private Residents' Association (FPRA), which OAKRH19 are a memeber of, have released their 2019 Summer Newsletter. This makes very interesting reading for us as Leasholders.... The headline article should be of particular note:

A committee of MPs has come out strongly in favour of commonhold and the wholesale reform of leasehold.

This meeting covered a number of pressing matters including OAKRH19 financing. 

This is the Agenda for the OAKRH19 2019 AGM . It also contains a form to be completed for anyone wishing to take a greater role in the association by becoming a committee member.
